I have decided to dedicate a spot to nature. It can't always be about food. Serene Sunday has been created to get me up and out of the house. I love to take walks, but it seems like I place my walks at lowest priority. There is always something more important for me to do then to walk, take pictures, enjoy the serenity, and enjoy our natural creatures.
Sundays seem to stand out where I live. I live in a small village, and when Sunday comes around the sounds and serenity really stand out. There is a calm and peaceful feeling when you go outside on a Sunday in Stryker. Just one single eye-sore could possibly ruin the whole entire day. A piece of trash, some one's untidy yard, or a disturbance in the peaceful sounds could possibly force a person back inside.
I took a walk out on my deck to ingest the peaceful Sunday. Look what I found!! I have a bush planted on the edge of my deck that was covered in butterflies and bees. Seeing them hard at work and enjoying the sunshine really created a great start to my Sunday.
As I am sitting here working on this post, I glance out my window and see a few leaves falling to the ground. One of my favorite seasons is fall. I love to watch the leaves come down like snow, and the colors are amazing. I wish I could freeze time and have the fall season remain forever.
Have an amazing Serene Sunday!!
