Here is some advice:
As I was attempting sheet washing day, it dawned on me that I really need to share this information.
This is important,
Just want you to know,
If you have pets,
Never, never, never buy black sheets....
Always allow children in your life.
Those baby-blues can add sparkle to anyone's day.
Old suitcase + Dog = the most amazing bed.
As I was leafing through a magazine (Better Homes & Gardens) I ran across this idea. Turn an old suitcase into a dog bed.
The suitcase dog bed also calms the argument of, "Do you really need to keep this old ripped-up suitcase?"
"The one that is taking up room in the closet?"
"The one that will never be used because it is embarrassing to take anywhere?"
"The one that brings tears of joy to my eyes every time I look at it?"
This old ripped up suitcase has sentimental value for me. When I graduated (way back in 1986) I received a suitcase set from my family (suggesting that it was time for me to move out).
This suitcase has been to Germany, Spain, New Mexico, Arizona, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Alaska, and Tennessee.
The sentimental value is so strong, and it holds so many memories that I just can't let it go.
But, I don't have a problem with turning it into a bed for my dog. The suitcase will still remain with me, and it will also benefit my puppy.
Harley loves his new bed, and he can enjoy his Reese's pillow without it laying on the floor.
Harley is adding to the memories of my old ripped up suitcase.
YES, I can keep it!!
