This whole entire cake consists of peanut butter, so if you are not a fan of peanut butter you are definitely in the wrong place.
It can be used in main dishes, snacks, and desserts. It is an excellent ice cream topper when you melt it.

This is just like a Texas sheet cake, but the hole entire thing is peanut butter.
This is one that I will be making again, and again. For the simple fact, it is constructed in just minutes.
Perfect dish to take to pot-lucks, parties, and family get-together's.
This will be going to church with me in the morning.
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1/4 c. canola oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
chopped walnuts to sprinkle on top
Glaze:
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 TBS butter
1/3 c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
1/3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil; stir in peanut butter and oil until blended. Add to dry ingredients; mix well.
Combine eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla; add to peanut butter mixture. Mix well.
Pour into a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan (jelly roll pan). Sprinkle with milk chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 16 to 20 minutes (mine was closer to 20) or until toothpick comes out clean.
Meanwhile, combine sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in the peanut butter, marshmallows, and vanilla until marshmallows re melted. Spoon over warm cake and carefully spread over the top. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Cool completely.
