No, it is not Christmas!
It is Foodie Friends Friday.
But, since I mentioned Christmas, I will have you know that these Coconut Macaroons are going to be added to my cookie Christmas gift boxes this year.

I followed Dawn's recipe exact, except for adding the candied cherry on top (place cherry on top before baking).
You have got to make these sweet little things. For some reason I can't stop eating them......

I love that you put a cherry on top. Why didn't I think of that? Next time. I'm glad you liked the macaroons; they are always a big hit with my friends when I make them.
ReplyDeleteI went to send a plate full home with a friend and he insisted that he wasn't a sweets person, so I bagged up two of them and off he went with a little warning from me. "You are going to wish you would have taken the plate full." Two hours later he called saying that exact same thing. I love it when I get to say, "I told you so."
